Thomas Murray

Tom joined CampbellReith in 2000 and was promoted to Associate in 2010. He has been the Redhill office Integrated Management System co-ordinator since 2004.  


After graduating, Tom joined Belfast consultancy Barr and McCormick undertaking work on office, industrial and retail projects before moving to Aspen Consulting in Surrey. Following work on aircraft hanger and concrete apron refurbishment at Heathrow, and two years as Assistant Design Manager on the Jubilee Line Extension’s Southwark Station, Tom joined CampbellReith. Since then, has worked on a range of refurbishment, residential and commercial projects.  


Tom’s major projects include: Heathrow Premier Inn, a 600 bedroom modular hotel; the 70 bedroom extension to the five star Millennium Madejski Hotel, Reading, on the operational stadium complex; the first Hilton Hotel in Sierra Leone; design of seven new business centres for Basepoint; regeneration of four housing estates in Camden and Barnet; refurbishment projects for Earls Court and Olympia Exhibition Centres, including the new West Hall in 2010; refurbishment of the Oppenheimer Diamond Works in Brighton for Big Yellow Self Storage; assessment of 200 year old roof trusses to reconfigure The Old Vic Theatre in-the-round; design for auditoriums at Canterbury College and Chelsea Academy; and assessment of all temporary structures at Earls Court and The O2 Arena for London 2012.
