He has recently worked on Wembley NW01, a large residential development of 475 apartments in North London. He is currently involved in several refurbishment projects across London and the South East, including the refurbishment of an eleven storey office building into residential apartments in Southend. This project involves constructing multiple cantilevered extensions at high level across the existing structure and various strengthening works to accommodate the new load paths.
His previous projects have ranged from working on the Broadcasting House development for the BBC in central London, down to structural design of small sculptures for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
In 2012 Sam gained experience working for a Main Contractor, as part of the site management team delivering a large retail park in South London. During this time he gained an appreciation of site management, construction methods and programme production.
Outside of work, Sam is a keen traveller and recently spent five weeks travelling across Central America.
