As an Administrator, you’ll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly. Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll also support a busy team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
- Managing calls, emails and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and preparing conference rooms
- Supporting invoicing, reporting and document preparation
- Maintaining records and internal systems
- Assisting with general office organisation
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, proactive and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
What we’re looking for
- GCSE (or equivalent) level 4 in English and Maths
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- A team player with a “can do” approach
What you’ll gain
This 18-month apprenticeship offers hands-on experience, mentoring from an experienced admin team and study support towards achieving Business Administrator (Level 3). There will be an ongoing opportunity for a full-time, permanent role and further progression for the right candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
Salary
£18,000 – £20,000
Hours
7.5 hours per day (Mon–Fri)
