We asked Charlie, a Graduate Civil Engineer who studied at Liverpool John Moores University about his views on working for a practice like CampbellReith and his most challenging project to date:

“CampbellReith is a great company. It is not only inclusive but has plenty of opportunity to receive hands-on senior engineer help and support. Irwell Lane (small and on the Outskirts of Runcorn Town Centre) was one of the hardest projects I have worked on because it was my first solo drainage report but an incredible start to my career.

As a graduate, the support CampbellReith gives us is second to none and we get the opportunity to gain first-hand experience on projects, which ultimately makes you feel important and empowered.”

Hannah and Charlie’s team leaders, are delighted with the progress they have made.

One of our Partners said “We’ve always welcomed and encouraged our new graduates. Without exception, they have always been bright, enthusiastic and often bring a fresh perspective to problem-solving. They are the future life-blood of the company so we take care to nurture, train and encourage them.”
