Our Associate Geotechnical Engineer Christos Botsialas, based in the London office, has been accepted as a RoGEP Assessor. RoGEP is the acronym for the UK Register of Ground Engineering Professionals of the Institution of the Civil Engineers (ICE).

Christos is a registered ‘Specialist’ in the UK Register of Ground Engineering Professionals (RoGEP) of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and has over 22 years of experience in Engineering Geology and Geotechnical Engineering.

He quoted: “It is a pleasure to give something back to the geotechnical community and assist with the increasing number of applications to the ICE by assessing new RoGEP candidates”.

According to the ICE website, the register helps clients choose professionals who have the right level of knowledge, skills, and experience in ground engineering. Joining the register can benefit one’s career prospects by demonstrating specialist ground engineering competences as defined by the Site Investigation Steering Group (SISG) and other codes and standards.
