CampbellReith is pleased to be appointed as Lead Consultant by Homes England to support them in their role of Master Developer to deliver homes and infrastructure across at Brookleigh in Burgess Hill.
Brookleigh has outline planning permission for 3,500 homes (a minimum 30% of which will be affordable), a range of infrastructure, community facilities including schools and employment uses. Delivery has already started on site with multiple phases and a number of homes occupied.
Our teams primary workstreams for the scheme will be the post submission management and contractor procurement of the Northern Arc Central Section, supporting Homes England in matters pertaining to the disposal of parcels to developer partners, managing the discharge of remaining conditions related to each phase from the Outline Planning Permission and providing Homes England with all necessary design, planning and technical advice in their role as Master Developer.
Since 2019, we have had extensive involvement with Homes England at Brookleigh (formerly known as Northern Arc) and to date CampbellReith has provided infrastructure services for the Eastern Bridge Link Road (EBLR) and Western Bridge Link Road (WBLR) Phases 1-3 and are currently leading the multidisciplinary team designing a new two-form entry (2FE) Primary School.
