We are delighted to confirm our new Bristol office location in Unit 5.03, Here.
Our previous location at Wessex House on Pixash Lane, where some of the team had been located for over two decades, had become less viable for us recently. Our growing team and our desire to reduce reliance on cars and improve our carbon footprint contributed to the decision together with knowledge of some significant developments in the area, including Bath and North East Somerset’s adjacent Waste and Environmental Service Depot development for which we delivered civil, structural, land quality and geotechnical engineering services.
Our new location is within a new extension to Here, the former HTV studios, for which we also provided structural and civil engineering services to our landlord and their Asset Manager, Ashville Group. The building offers complementary gym, showers, games room and an on-site independent cafe. We are also particularly proud to be able to show off the exposed structure of the unit to our guests as the first-hand example of our work.
The modernised office space has been designed and completed excellently by Iesis Urban Spaces to suit more flexible working practices for our team. A mixture of fixed desks, sit/stand desks, work benches, meeting rooms and booths allows the team to choose how and where to work, but also allow us to continue to grow the team and easily expand as needed.
The space provides natural ventilation with efficient heating and cooling, natural light with calming and uninterrupted views out over the adjacent Arnos Court Park and over Arnos Vale towards the city. Being just a fifteen minute walk to Temple Meads and well serviced with regular bus services from the city and from Bath and Keynsham, the move has had a massively positive impact on our carbon footprint and the well-being of the Bristol team.
Now that we are fully open, we look forward to welcoming you to our office soon.
