I joined CampbellReith as Project Engineer in 2006 from a small firm in Yorkshire where I worked on a range of smaller schemes as well as for some of the North East’s largest Steel Fabricators.
Since joining CampbellReith I have been lucky enough to work on a fantastic range of new build and refurbishment projects, primarily in the residential, student residential, industrial and commercial sectors.
I have progressed to Partner within the practice and now manage a number of engineers and technicians across a range of projects. Though I studied structural engineering, working in a multidisciplinary practice means I have developed skills and experience across a range of disciplines which helps me to see the big picture on a project and help prevent issues arising.
I love working in a medium sized consultancy where you get to be actively involved throughout all stages of the project and get to build lasting relationships with the people you collaborate with. I enjoy knowing that we have done a good job for our client and exceeded their expectations.
Outside of engineering
Outside of work I love travel and being outdoors and am also a keen cyclist.
