• Professional mentoring from chartered engineers, including monthly drop-in sessions led by our Associates for those pursuing chartered membership on the Institution of Structural Engineers. More than 50% of our employees are Chartered Engineers or Chartered Scientists.
• Guidance and mentoring from Delegated (DE) and Supervising Civil Engineers (SCE) approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers on our approved ICE Training Scheme.
