My interest in contaminated land began with a strong appreciation for the environment and a desire to understand how human activity interacts with it. This led me to studying an MSci in Earth Sciences at Durham University, where I explored these interactions in depth.
Following my degree, I spent three years working as an environmental consultant on a wide range of infrastructure projects across the UK. I was exposed to the practical realities of land quality assessments, which reinforced my interest in applying scientific understanding to real-world challenges. This included involvement in site investigation design and delivery, data interpretation, and the preparation of technical reports.
I was drawn to CampbellReith because of its strong technical reputation and commitment to delivering positive outcomes. I am really excited to be working on diverse and interesting projects and continue to apply this passion towards creating a better future for communities and the environment. I take pride in being approachable and collaborative and enjoy the chance to contribute positively to team dynamics.
Outside of engineering
Outside of work, I enjoy both active and creative hobbies such as painting, running, and playing football.
