My interest in the built environment stems mainly from my childhood in Singapore, being surrounded by buildings such as Marina Bay Sands sparked my interest in how buildings like that stand tall and endure. I have now completed my bachelor’s degree in Structural and Architectural Engineering from the University of Bath, where I won the Mike Barnes prize for top undergraduate dissertation for my code that analysed CLT floors under random human induced vibration.

I loved my year in industry at CampbellReith, and I am excited to be back as a Graduate Structural Engineer to continue learning from the amazing team here.

Outside of engineering

Outside of work you will often find me attending jazz gigs in and around London, and sometimes even playing a gig or two myself either on the keys or sax!
