Thomas Murray

Tom joined CampbellReith in 2000 and was promoted to Associate in 2010. He has over seventeen years structural engineering experience.


Tom has been the Redhill office quality management system co-ordinator since 2004.


Upon graduating Tom joined Belfast consultancy Barr and McCormick undertaking work on office, industrial and retail projects before moving to Aspen Consulting in Surrey. Following work on aircraft hanger and concrete apron refurbishment at Heathrow and two years as Assistant Design Manager on Jubilee Line Extension’s Southwark Station, Tom joined CampbellReith and has worked on a range of refurbishment, residential and commercial projects since then.


Tom’s major projects include: Heathrow Travel Inn – the design of the £30m 600 bedroom Heathrow Travel Inn; Madejski Hotel, Reading – the £8m 60 bedroom Millennium Hotel Extension at Readings Madejski Stadium; major refurbishment projects for Earls Court and Olympia Exhibition Centres; Big Yellow Self Storage project in Brighton; survey and analysis for the Old Vic Theatre; design for auditoriums at Canterbury College and Chelsea Academy.
