We have an opportunity in our Environment team, based in Redhill or London, to lead / manage and coordinate Environmental Impact Assessments for a range of project types, predominantly on sites within England. If based in the Redhill office, a proportion of working time could be in our London office. Working as part of a team and reporting to our Environmental Partners, you will be expected to fulfil an EIA project management role, including all stages of the EIA process, representation of CampbellReith within Design Teams and direct engagement with clients. In addition to a growing body of EIA project work, there will be opportunities for a wide range of multi-disciplinary project involvement, including Technical Due Diligence Assessments and Sustainability Appraisals. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an award winning multi-disciplinary practice focused on innovation and client delivery.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate strong practitioner experience in the coordination of EIAs and experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams of consultants. Good practitioner understanding of the range of technical topics commonly included within EIAs will be expected and the ability to undertake appropriate technical review in an EIA context.
- Post-graduate educated, preferably with an Environmental Impact Assessment qualification;
- Appropriate membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. IEMA or IES) is beneficial;
- Numerate with strong technical review and report writing skills;
- Commercial and client focused approach;
- Commitment to Continuous Professional Development;
- A highly motivated, ambitious team player with good communication skills;
- Experience of project and team management.
