Our experience of successfully managing participation in frameworks spans Universities, NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, national institutions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum and the National Portrait Gallery, the Homes and Communities Agency, and exhibition venues including Excel and Olympia, where we have been retained engineer for over 25 years.
Our commitment and success in building long – term relationships with clients and other design team members is evidenced by the extent of repeat commissions and framework arrangements that we hold.
Below are some of the main public frameworks we are part of at the moment.
Homes and Communities Agency Multi-Disciplinary Panel 2014-2018
Since 2010, the commencement of the Homes and Community Agency (recently renamed Homes England), we are one of the fourteen national organisations delivering services to a variety of public sector projects across the UK. We won a place on this prestigious framework in a Contractual Joint Venture with Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design showing how SMEs can combine and win major national framework appointments
Our services on this framework are open not only to direct commissions from the HCA but also to other public sector bodies as part of its role in supporting the Government’s land agenda, which aims to increase economic activity through release of surplus public sector land for development and the sustained delivery of increased housing supply through increased capacity, increased land supply and increasing use of MMC.

University College Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust 2018-2022
We have been an active participant on this framework since the launch of the First Generation in 2010 and have undertaken a large number of different projects. These have ranged from undertaking feasibility studies, structural surveys and inspections, complex refurbishment works such as the Eastman Dental Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, and major new build developments such as the £250m Phase 4/Proton Beam Therapy project.
NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) 2018-2022
We have recently been appointed to the NHS SBS Construction Consultancy Services Framework to provide structural and civil engineering services across England. The agreements are open for NHS Trusts and all Public Authorities, including The Police, Fire & Rescue Services, Ambulance Trusts, Local Authorities etc. See framework flyer here.
Notting Hill Genesis 2018-2022
In 2017 we were appointed by Notting Hill Housing as part of their new four year Construction Framework. Now managed by the recently created Notting Hill Genesis housing association, the framework has been opened up to other authorities including the London Boroughs of Hillingdon and Enfield. As part of the previous framework, we have delivered developments such as the Great Eastern Quays in the London Borough of Newham and the Briar Estates in Essex, and are currently involved with the Gallions Quarter residential development.
Camden Basement Impact Assessments 2015-2019
We were appointed in 2015 as the London Borough of Camden’s independent Basement Impact Assessment Auditor. Some of the work undertaken through this framework includes the consideration of geological and groundwater models, flooding risk, drainage, structural design, construction methods and land stability, which has been facilitated by the collaborative work by our geotechnical, structural and civil engineers.
