St Anne House, Croydon

St Anne House is an existing 13 storey plus a single level basement office building in Central Croydon, constructed circa 1962. It was made of reinforced concrete (RC) construction on a concrete raft foundation.

CampbellReith was appointed by client Redefine Group in the refurbishment and conversion of the building to provide mixed use development comprising 144 bedroom budget hotel on ground to 6th floor and residential accommodation for the 7th to 12th floors.

Works to include recladding of the building throughout, associated demolitions of external staircases / general remodelling / service provisions etc, total anticipated construction cost circa £10.0m. Planning Permission was achieved in August 2013, with an anticipated site start Autumn 2013 and with completion in Summer 2014.
